Sacred Profit Pro is a trading intelligence platform that provides:

• Trading indicators and strategies for TradingView
• Trade signals and market analysis
• Educational content including videos and tutorials
• Portfolio tracking and performance analytics
• Community access and discussion

Important: Our services are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide financial advice, and our content should not be construed as such.

To access our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Each account is for individual use only and may not be shared with others.

We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Observer (Free): Access to free indicators, public trade ideas, and limited educational content.
• Disciple ($499/year): Full access to all indicators, strategies, signals, portfolio tracking, and community features.
• Partner (Affiliate): Full Disciple access through our exchange partner program. Requires trading on a partner exchange with a minimum deposit.

Subscriptions are billed annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

You agree NOT to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell any of our indicators, strategies, or content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our indicators
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access our content

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

All indicators, strategies, content, logos, and other materials on our platform are owned by Sacred Profit Pro and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our indicators and content for your personal, non-commercial trading purposes only. You do not acquire any ownership rights in our intellectual property.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided.

We make no guarantees of profit. Trading involves substantial risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SACRED PROFIT PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We are not responsible for any trading losses you may incur. You acknowledge that trading is inherently risky and that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
